It's a very small line, but it's to show Sally has become ubiquitous with the name. She's such a big deal that she essentially usurped usage of the name, for herself in pop culture. As far as relevant stuff to this page, the girl's name is Dalisay Dao, I don't think I ever named her in this, so that's why I'm dropping that. Also yes, she's saying swears in various "asian" languages. If you weren't expecting that, you should really take a look at the place's name. Samurai are from Japan.
